Texas State Representative Fred M. Bosse was born on July 18, 1947. He received his BS from Texas A&M University and his JD in 1972 from the University of Houston, Bates College of Law. Bosse was elected to the Texas House of Representatives in 1990 and served through 2002 as a Democrat from Houston, representing District 128, Harris County (part).
